West Ham linger just above the relegation zone. Kane headed in after Dele Alli's pinpoint cross on 34 minutes and pounced for a second goal four minutes later after Alli's shot was saved to put Spurs up 2-0. Cheikhou Kouyate's thumping header for West Ham made it 3-2 and set up a tense finish.
